Sessions are tailored to your individual needs. We discuss your bodies needs before every session, I select the techniques an modalities that best suited for your goals.
RECOMENDATION:
A 60-minute session is ideal for addressing 1–2 focused areas. For a more comprehensive, full-body experience, a 90-minute session is recommended.

Acupressure is acupuncture without the needles, by pressing
specific acupoints along the body’s meridians, to release muscular tension, improve circulation and support the body’s natural ability to restore balance. This modality is a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine and may include tools such as Moxibustion and Gua sha.

Flower essences are a traditional system developed in the 1930s by Edward Bach, a physician who believed our emotional well-being plays an important role in overall health.
He identified 38 emotional states and created corresponding essences to help bring those states back into balance. Each one is connected to a specific emotional experience and works gently to support how you’re feeling.
They can be used on their own or combined, depending on what’s coming up for you. Because your emotional state is personal, blends tend to be more effective when they’re chosen specifically for you.
The flowers, trees and bushes are bathed in water in sunlight, then removed, leaving only the water with the essence of the plant. -

You add 4 drops from your remedy bottle into a glass or bottle of water and sip at frequent intervals throughout the day, evening and night. Daily, for 6 weeks. The key is frequency, little and often, rather than large amounts at once. Agitate the remedy bottle before each use.

Flower essences supports all levels of a person. They work primarily on the mental and emotional body addressing patterns like stress, stuckness, anxiety, grief, irritability, and resistance. Because the mind and body are deeply connected, people often notice physical shifts too better sleep, less tension, a feeling of ease. Every person responds differently and reactions are individual. Some notice immediate relief of a state. Others find they start seeing things more clearly, or watch themselves going through their usual movements with more detachment. Sometimes a huge revelation arrives weeks later usually during a walk, a shower or a dream.

No. Flower essences are safe to use alongside all medications, supplements and other treatments. They do not interact with any pharmaceutical drugs and have no known contraindications. They work on the emotional and energetic body, not the physical body in the way medications do, so there is nothing to conflict with.

We are more than just a physical body. Traditions such as Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and many indigenous practices have long recognized that we also have an energetic body: a field of energy that flows through and around us. When that flow is unobstructed, we tend to feel well. When it gets stuck, blocked or depleted through stress, trauma, grief or illness it shows up as physical tension, emotional heaviness or a general sense of being off. Flower essences work directly on this level, which is why they can reach things that physical bodywork sometimes can't.
