Acupressure is acupuncture without the needles, by pressing
specific acupoints along the body’s meridians, to release muscular tension, improve circulation and support the body’s natural ability to restore balance. This modality is a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine and may include tools such as Moxibustion and Gua sha.

Drawing from an integrative range of modalities including swedish, deep tissue, shiatsu and Thai techniques, myofascial release, assisted stretching, cupping, gua sha and sound therapy sessions are designed to support therapeutic relief and nervous system balance.
A 60-minute session is ideal for addressing 1–3 focused areas. For a more comprehensive, full-body experience, a 90-minute session is recommended.
