Each session begins with a brief intake and assessment. Treatments are tailored to your individual needs and evolve over time as your body responds to care.
Drawing from an integrative range of modalities — including deep tissue, shiatsu and Thai techniques, myofascial release, assisted stretching, cupping, acupressure (TCM), gua sha, moxibustion, and sound therapy — sessions are designed to support therapeutic relief and nervous system balance.
A 60-minute session is ideal for addressing 1–3 focused areas. For a more comprehensive, full-body experience, a 90-minute session is recommended.
