True transformation happens through consistency. A weekly commitment gives your body the time and continuity it needs to respond, integrate and shift patterns rather than repeatedly starting over. A recommended starting point of 5 sessions, after which we reassess and adjust frequency as needed

- A session can be passed on to a loved one for use.
- If there is a no-show or last-minute cancellation a session will be deducted to cover the "No Show fee" as per policy.

Description text goes herMemberships are designed to support consistent, preventative care and reserve space in my schedule. Membership spots are limited and set up directly through me.
Memberships are billed monthly and are non-refundable. Sessions must be used within the month and do not roll over. If you are unable to attend your session within the month, you may transfer the session to another person (one-time use), provided it is communicated in advance.
Priority booking is included, but scheduling in advance is required and last-minute availability is not guaranteed. Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.
By enrolling, you are committing to your care and to maintaining a consistent rhythm that supports your wellbeing.
